Odgovor na mail ćete dobiti u razdoblju od najduže jednog radnog dana.

Nakon što odradite narudžbu dobit ćete obavijest da je narudžba zaprimljena. Kada narudžba bude poslana, dobit ćete na mail koji ste ostavili prilikom narudžbe – broj za praćenje pošiljke. Na dan dostave ujutro kontaktirat će vas iz dostavne službe.
